Step By Step Guide
1. Login into your Renatus Account
2. Go to My Account ( By Click on your Profile Picture )
3. Go to Upgrade Details
4. Click Here to Raise an Upgrade Request
5. Enter IRD No in Search By ID / Name
6. Select Package for Upgrade To
7. Select Paymode ( E - Wallet )
8. Click on Continue
9. Enter Wallet ID ( From which wallet amount will be deducted )
10. Enter Wallet Password
11. Next Select Shipping Method
12. Click on Yes
